Title of Position: Bar Manager

Job Description: As the Bar Manager, you would support the General Manager by organizing outstanding work shifts and carrying out administrative responsibilities. The Bar Manager would deliver the leadership essential to ensure the bar continually operates up to company and industry standards. Your main responsibilities include overseeing that team members, team trainers and shift leaders complete all assigned tasks and serve safe, high-quality drinks and food in a friendly manner. As the Bar Manager, you would assist the General Manager with facility maintenance, recruitment, hiring and nurturing excellent employees and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

This position mandates a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume setting

The Bar Manager must be passionate about, and excel in, the development and mentoring of others

The ability to drive positive sales and elevate guest counts is compulsory for the Bar Manager

Trust, honesty, integrity and a heartfelt passion for customer satisfaction is a necessity for the Bar Manager

The Bar Manager should represent our company as a “brand ambassador” at all times
