Title of Position: Service Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our FOH operations. In this role, you will manage inventory, coordinate supply orders, recruit and train staff, uphold safety standards, and ensure the venue remains clean and well-organized. Your leadership will inspire the team to consistently deliver exceptional food quality and outstanding customer service. As a key contributor to our restaurant's success, you will play a vital role in upholding our high standards and stellar reputation.

Qualifications:

·        At least 3 years of experience in both independent and chain-brand restaurants, with a strong preference for fast-casual dining.

·        In-depth knowledge of restaurant systems, operational structure, processes, and best practices for cleanliness and sanitation.

·        Proven ability to effectively manage and lead a team of up to 15 employees, including responsibilities such as hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating staff.

·        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
