Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and develop a high-performing BOH team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Ideal Candidate:

✔️ 2+ years of Kitchen Manager experience in a fast-casual or high-volume setting.

✔️ Strong hands-on leadership with a team-first mentality.

✔️ Experience managing inventory, food costs, and kitchen operations.

✔️ Passion for quality ingredients, organization, and efficiency.
