TITLE: Restaurant Recruiter

JOB DESCRIPTION: We're looking for a motivated, professional, self-starter with that entrepreneurial spirit and go-getter attitude. In this role, you'll be responsible for full cycle recruitment from interviewing candidates, speaking with hiring managers, and analyzing responses to align the perfect match between restaurant leaders and hiring managers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ideally, this Restaurant Recruiter will have 2+ years sales experience, preferably in food services such as US Foods or Sysco.
• Entrepreneurial drive and the aspiration to run your own business are essential for this Restaurant Recruiter position. 
• Our Restaurant Recruiter will possess the highest level of professionalism, integrity, honesty, respect, effective communication and transparency.
• Self-discipline and the ability to work independently are crucial for a Restaurant Recruiter.
• MUST be comfortable with cold calling and engaging with warm leads.
