What We’re Looking For:

✔ Fast Casual Experience – Minimum 3 years of GM experience in a high-volume, fast casual setting

✔ Polished Leadership – Professional presence, excellent communication, and a guest-first mindset

✔ Stable Job History – No job-hoppers please—we’re seeking proven leaders with consistent tenure

✔ Hands-On Operator – Someone who leads by example, mentors their team, and runs a tight ship
