Title of Position – Kitchen Manager

Job Description: The Kitchen Manager will work together with the Management Team centering on building relationships with our guests and Team Members, increasing sales numbers, and ensuring food is prepared properly in a sparkling and safe environment. The person in this position will be held accountable for your Team Members’ performance in the kitchen. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for training their team in Health Department guidelines and educating them in company policies regarding cleanliness and sanitation. Our Kitchen Manager must be a “take charge” individual who can effectively correct any issues with Team Members and kitchen equipment to ensure all are performing up to company standard.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have proven culinary and management experience. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and organizational abilities.

Qualifications:

· This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager in a high-volume environment

· A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Kitchen Manager must possess

· A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Kitchen Manager

· The Kitchen Manager must live by a guest-oriented philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things

· Open availability is a requirement for the Kitchen Manager
