General Manager – Full-Service Restaurant

Location: San Bernardino, CA (Hospitality Lane – 92408)

Salary: $80-85K Base + Performance-Based Bonus

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant in the Hospitality Lane district of San Bernardino. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at team development, and is passionate about delivering top-tier guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence in service, food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Drive sales and profitability through smart labor management, inventory control, and operational execution
• Hire, train, and develop management and hourly staff while building a culture of accountability and excellence
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and labor laws
• Lead by example across all areas of the business, from the front-of-house to back-of-house operations
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve KPIs and guest satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with team members, corporate leadership, and the local community

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service, or fast-casual environment
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop successful teams
• Solid understanding of financials including P&L management, labor controls, and inventory systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• A passion for hospitality and creating outstanding guest experiences

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $80,000
