🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead all back-of-house operations with a focus on consistency, quality, and execution
• Oversee team training, food prep, line performance, and safety protocols
• Execute with precision within a system-driven kitchen—this is not a test kitchen or creative role
• Manage labor, food costs, and kitchen performance metrics
• Collaborate with FOH leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Executive Chef experience in high-volume full-service restaurants ($8M+ in annual sales preferred)
• Strong, stable career history with branded or structured operations
• Comfortable following established SOPs, recipes, and plating standards
• Skilled at leading large teams with accountability, training, and hands-on leadership
• Disney or Universal experience is a major plus—we value leaders who understand world-class execution and high guest expectations
