Step into a high-impact Executive Chef role with one of the most refined and high-performing restaurant environments in Orlando. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead all back-of-house operations with a focus on consistency, quality, and execution
- Oversee team training, food prep, line performance, and safety protocols
- Execute with precision within a system-driven kitchen—this is not a test kitchen or creative role
- Manage labor, food costs, and kitchen performance metrics
- Collaborate with FOH leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Executive Chef experience in high-volume full-service restaurants ($8M+ in annual sales preferred)
- Strong, stable career history with branded or structured operations
- Comfortable following established SOPs, recipes, and plating standards
- Skilled at leading large teams with accountability, training, and hands-on leadership
- Disney or Universal experience is a major plus—we value leaders who understand world-class execution and high guest expectations
