The ideal Restaurant Event Sales Manager is an outgoing, relationship-driven professional with strong communication and networking skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about designing customized events that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the "face" of the company, working with guests to design customized events
• Create the perfect blend of food, drinks, games, and teambuilding activities for corporate and social events
• Identify, build, and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Develop and present customized event proposals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years current experience as a Sales/Event Manager in a Hotel, Restaurant, or Country Club setting
• High volume background; must have experience overseeing sales volume exceeding $3 million per year
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
