🎯 What You’ll Actually Be Doing (besides looking awesome in sunglasses):


  • Orchestrating the daily rhythm of a waterfront hotspot—smooth, seamless, and always guest-focused
  • Coaching and hyping up your team like the manager of a championship squad
  • Turning "hangry" into "happy" before the entrees even hit the table
  • Partnering with the back-of-house legends to keep quality (and crab cakes) sky-high
  • Helping shape the vibe—think live music, themed nights, and a happy hour that actually lives up to its name
  • Owning the guest experience from dock to dessert


💪 What You Bring to the Dock:


  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience (bonus points if you’ve survived a Saturday night rush without breaking a sweat)
  • Natural leadership chops—people trust you, follow you, and maybe want to be you
  • Cool head under pressure and the ability to spin ten plates without dropping your smile
  • A hospitality-first mindset—you genuinely enjoy making someone’s day better
