We’re looking for a dedicated and hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to join a well-established, high-volume American dining concept in Olean, NY. What You’ll Do

• Lead front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times
• Drive sales performance, guest satisfaction, and team accountability
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety
• Support the hiring, training, and coaching of front-of-house team members
• Create a positive and inclusive environment that supports team morale and guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless coordination between FOH and BOH

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience, preferably in family or casual dining
• Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and team leadership skills
• Ability to plan, organize, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred
• Willingness and ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
