Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Manager ensures excellence in: Quality, Service and Cleanliness throughout the restaurant during his/her shift. The Restaurant Manager has financial responsibility for labor cost, inventory, and cash procedures on a daily basis. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who loves to coach and follow-up with personnel encouraging a smoothly operating restaurant. We encourage the Restaurant Manager to assist in continuing the growth and development of all team members. As our Restaurant Manager, you would support the General Manager with setting and achieving store goals and assisting with the hiring of quality staff members and their retention.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years current or recent experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
