- Lead Culinary Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the hotel's food operations, including menu creation and execution.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, inspire, and develop a high-performing kitchen team to deliver consistent, top-tier results.
- Innovative Menu Development: Design and execute menus that combine creativity and customer preferences while ensuring variety and innovation.
- Maintain High Standards: Uphold strict standards for quality, hygiene, and food safety across all kitchen operations.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Budget Management: Control food costs, inventory, and purchasing to ensure profitability without compromising quality.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel or high-volume establishment.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a focus on team development.
- A passion for fresh, innovative, and high-quality food.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to exceeding guest expectations.
- A solid understanding of kitchen financial and inventory management.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications.
