Your Day-to-Day as Kitchen Manager:

You’ll run the heart of the house—ensuring consistency, safety, speed, and quality. From managing inventory and food costs to mentoring line cooks and leading shifts, you’ll set the tone for excellence every day. You’ll own kitchen results and collaborate closely with front-of-house leaders to create an unforgettable guest experience.

The Must-Haves:

·        3+ years of kitchen leadership in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

·        Proven ability to coach, inspire, and elevate team performance

·        Strong understanding of cost controls, kitchen systems, and safety standards

·        A hands-on approach and the stamina for a fast-paced kitchen

·        Positive energy, clear communication, and a team-first mindset
