Your Opportunity:

As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the guest experience, team culture, and operational excellence. From building a top-tier front-of-house team to ensuring smooth daily operations, your leadership will set the tone for everything we do. You’ll collaborate closely with ownership and the Executive Chef, bringing both vision and discipline to this high-impact role.

We’re Looking for a Leader Who:

• Brings 5+ years of management experience in high-volume, upscale or polished casual dining restaurants
• Has a deep passion for building culture and coaching high-performing teams
• Bring strong knowledge of P&L, labor, cost control, and front-of-house systems
• Lead with humility, hospitality, and high standards
• Thrives in a fast-paced, creative, team-driven environment
