Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Overview:

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be a key part of a six-person management team, working a true five-day, 45–50-hour work week—a refreshing alternative to the industry’s typical 60+ hour grind. This structured schedule, combined with a strong culture of respect and collaboration, has resulted in a management turnover rate of under 10% annually (well below the industry average of 30%).

You’ll be responsible for:

• Recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing team
• Driving profitability through guest satisfaction and strategic marketing

• Maintaining administrative systems and procedures
