We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled General Manager to join our team at our hospitality-focused establishment located in a dynamic and thriving area of the Kansas City Market. This is a full-time opportunity, offering a competitive salary of $80,000 plus bonus.


About the Role

As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating the quality of our operations. You will be responsible for overseeing daily business activities, leading and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service. Additionally, you will strategize to drive growth, maximize revenue, and uphold our commitment to exceptional hospitality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all aspects of the business.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage staff, fostering a positive and motivated workplace culture.
  • Uphold and exceed customer service standards to deliver remarkable guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and financial growth.

Qualifications
