Title of Position: Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Operations Manager to join our team in Milwaukee. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. Your key responsibilities will include managing and coaching a team of employees, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity. You will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients as well as foster a positive work culture within the organization. Qualifications:

· The Operations Manager’s past experience should demonstrate the ability to exceed guest expectations, develop and execute revenue strategies, and manage costs to meet and exceed financial goals. Excellent leadership skills, including strategic thinking, communication, training, team building, and mentoring, is a requirement for the Operations Manager

· The ideal Operations Manager candidates will have 3-5 years of hands-on leadership experience in a full-service hotel, with a strong sales and revenue management background

· The Operations Manager should always be able to provide consistent support for the success of the operation

· The Operations Manager must be proficient in and have a complete understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
