What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service across all shifts
• Hire, train, and develop team members to uphold brand standards and deliver outstanding hospitality
• Oversee food quality, safety, and cleanliness to exceed guest expectations
• Monitor and manage inventory, labor, and cost controls
• Resolve guest concerns with a focus on hospitality and satisfaction
• Collaborate with senior leaders to implement systems and improve restaurant performance
• Foster a team culture rooted in accountability, respect, and excellence

What You Bring

• A proven ability to lead teams and build a performance-driven culture
• Experience in fast-paced, full-service restaurants (steakhouse experience a plus)
• Knowledge of systems, tools, and processes that drive great execution
• Track record of stability and growth in prior roles
• Positive energy, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset
• Previous salaried restaurant management experience preferred
