What You'll Do

• Lead the Way: Provide hands-on leadership to front desk agents. Train, mentor, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences consistently.
• Oversee Financial Processes: Take charge of invoicing and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
• Wear Multiple Hats: Manage a dual role by acting as both Front Desk Manager and handling accounting responsibilities (A/R), ensuring smooth operations during this period of transition.

Your ability to lead effectively, manage priorities, and tackle challenges head-on will be the key to success in this evolving position.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need the following skills and experience:

• Front Desk & Administrative Expertise: A proven history of working in front desk management or similar roles within the hospitality industry.
• Accounting & A/R Acumen: A strong background in accounting processes, with specific expertise in accounts receivable management.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities seamlessly.
• Leadership: The ability to build, train, and motivate a dynamic front desk team while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.

Compensation & Flexibility

• Pay: $22–$23/hour, with flexibility for hourly or salaried arrangements based on your preferences and experience.
