Front of House Manager – High-Energy Dining Meets Leadership Excellence

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading day-to-day FOH operations with consistency and urgency
• Driving a high-performance team culture built on training, accountability, and support
• Ensuring exceptional guest experiences across every shift
• Maintaining high standards in service, cleanliness, and ethics
• Partnering with BOH leadership to keep service and kitchen operations aligned

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant (bar experience is a plus)
• Track record of leadership, team development, and results
• Strong communicator who can balance people and performance
• Comfortable being hands-on and visible on the floor
• Reliable, motivated, and adaptable with a flexible schedule
• 21+ with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Open to candidates willing to relocate to Fort Myers
