We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-known QSR group seeking a polished, Orlando-based Franchise Business Advisor. You’ll play a key role in helping operators achieve peak performance through coaching, training, and operational support.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Based in the Orlando metro area with strong local industry ties ( no relocations)
• At least 3 years of tenure with your current or most recent employer
• Background in restaurant operations—QSR highly preferred
• Current or recent experience as a Franchise Consultant, Franchise Business Coach, or District Manager

Role Highlights:

• Support franchisees in sales growth, training, and operations
• Conduct Gold Standard evaluations and coach for excellence
• Partner on financial reviews, staffing plans, and guest feedback
• Drive improvement using brand tools like the Playbook and SMARTTrak
