About the Role

We are seeking passionate and experienced General Managers to join a rapidly growing fast casual restaurant concept in Los Angeles. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, driving performance, and setting the standard for excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of leadership in the restaurant or hospitality industry, strong operational acumen, and the ability to build a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by fostering a customer-focused environment.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent for restaurant operations.
  • Actively coach and mentor team members for continuous improvement.
  • Manage daily shift operations efficiently, including both kitchen and service areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the restaurant and equipment.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, reporting, and compliance.
  • Ensure standards of food safety and occupational safety are consistently met.
  • Drive restaurant financial performance by managing budgets and costs to maximize profitability.


Required Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of General Manager experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Stable career tenure with evidence of consistent growth and success in previous roles.


Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
