Position: Executive Chef Partner

Location: Troy, MI *new concept opening Spring 2026*

Status: Full-Time

Compensation: $100,000–$140,000+ base salary + quarterly bonus

Be at the helm of a flagship Italian restaurant launching at one of the Midwest’s most iconic destinations. As Executive Chef Partner, you will lead the pre-opening vision, build and train your culinary team, and have creative control over menu development and kitchen systems from day one.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all pre-opening culinary responsibilities, including menu development, OSE selection, and hiring
• Build and lead a world-class culinary team with a focus on Italian cuisine and scratch-made pasta
• Lead tastings and creative development in collaboration with executive leadership
• Own kitchen P&L, inventory, vendor relations, and health/safety compliance
• Drive consistent excellence in culinary execution while embracing a guest-focused culture

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in upscale, high-volume Italian concepts
• Previous restaurant opening experience highly preferred
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and creative vision
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver elevated guest experiences
• Deep knowledge of Italian cuisine, especially pasta making
