Title of Position: General Manager

The Role: As General Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-volume brunch restaurant. You’ll lead with energy and authenticity, creating a positive environment for your team and guests alike.

·        Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and retention

·        Ensure flawless execution of menu items with consistency and quality

·        Keep food safety, labor, and cost controls on track

What We’re Looking For:

·        Minimum 3 years of GM experience in a full-service or fast-casual concept

·        Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

·        Guest-first mentality with a hands-on approach

·        A passion for the brunch daypart and fast-paced service

·        Availability for daytime hours, weekends, and holidays — no nights!
