Position Overview:
A popular, high-volume Asian-fusion restaurant is seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and uphold high standards of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong people skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
  • Lead, coach, and develop staff to ensure efficient service and team morale.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Manage scheduling, labor costs, and staffing needs to support smooth operations and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Support inventory management, vendor relations, and ordering to maintain quality and cost control.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and bar teams to maintain consistency and innovation in food and beverage offerings.
  • Drive revenue through strong service, upselling, and guest engagement strategies.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new hires in line with company standards and culture.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a full-service or upscale-casual dining concept.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including labor, food cost, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and guest service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office; experience with inventory software a plus.
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
