Title of Position: Assistant General Manager
Job Description: The Assistant General Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager by overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficiency across all departments. This key position requires the Assistant General Manager to contribute to strategic planning efforts aimed at driving revenue growth and achieving organizational objectives. Additionally, the Assistant General Manager will assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, budgets, and costs to maintain profitability, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations, and building strong relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders to enhance overall experiences. The Assistant General Manager will also analyze operational data to provide actionable insights, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications
·       Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
·       Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
