Executive Housekeeper – Full-Service Hotel

Hanover, MD | $65,000–$80,000 | Full-Time

Are you ready to elevate your hospitality career? We’re seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department of a full-service hotel in the Hanover, MD area. In this leadership role, you’ll drive operational excellence, uphold cleanliness and brand standards, and foster a culture of service and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public spaces.
• Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to assign tasks and communicate goals.
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, onboarding, and team development.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand compliance.
• Partner with engineering/maintenance to address repairs and room readiness.
• Resolve guest issues promptly with professionalism and care.
• Enforce safety procedures, inventory controls, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in housekeeping leadership at a full-service or upscale hotel
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PMS or housekeeping systems experience a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate tasks, and motivate staff
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
