Bilingual Restaurant General Manager

Location: 5455 Philadelphia Street, Chino, CA 91710

Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 annually

We’re hiring a passionate and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at our vibrant, high-volume location in Chino. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, developing strong team performance, and maintaining operational excellence across all areas of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations including service, staffing, inventory, and guest satisfaction

Lead, train, and motivate a team of Assistant Managers, Kitchen Managers, and hourly staff

Monitor and manage labor, food, beverage, and operational costs to maximize profitability

Uphold company standards in food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and presentation

Maintain a professional and fun restaurant atmosphere aligned with brand values

Handle scheduling, payroll, and daily administrative duties in compliance with policies

Resolve guest concerns and incidents promptly, ensuring positive outcomes

Operate and troubleshoot the POS system and ensure accurate reporting

Qualifications

3–4 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Valid Food Manager Certificate and Liquor License certification

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and move for 10–12 hour shifts

Lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-noise environment

Base salary: $80,000–$85,000 DOE
