Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 + Comprehensive Bonus Plan

We’re hiring two polished, high-energy Restaurant Managers for an exciting, luxury rooftop restaurant opening October 10 in the heart of downtown Birmingham. This new 157-seat concept will feature elevated comfort food with an ingredient-forward twist in a stunning greenhouse-style setting, complete with an open kitchen, wine lounge, and outdoor terrace.

With 23 locations and rapid national growth ahead, this is a rare opportunity to help open a flagship location in a brand known for design, hospitality, and impeccable quality. Training starts July 21, so we’re moving quickly!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and lead the front-of-house team with confidence and professionalism
• Partner closely with the leadership team to drive service, sales, and operational excellence
• Set the tone for each shift with dynamic pre-shift meetings and consistent coaching
• Interview, hire, train, and develop hourly team members, supporting the onboarding of ~100 staff
• Manage scheduling, daily audits, and financial operations with precision
• Embody the brand’s core values of People, Quality, Service, and Innovation
• Contribute to a thriving team culture that values accountability, learning, and collaboration
• Uphold a luxury service environment in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

What You Bring

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (upscale casual or corporate preferred)
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of team development
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and multitasking abilities
• Confidence in high-pressure environments and a solutions-focused mindset
• A passion for hospitality, a polished presence, and a can-do attitude
• Tenure and upward mobility within past roles (no job-hoppers, please)
• Experience opening new restaurants or leading large-scale training is a plus
