Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant District Manager in the Colorado Springs area. The ideal Restaurant District Manager is a dynamic, people-focused leader who drives operational excellence across multiple locations by hiring, coaching, and supporting General Managers while consistently delivering strong business results and fostering a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports General Managers across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals
• Hires, promotes, and develops top-performing leaders through effective recruiting, interviewing, and talent management
• Drives operational excellence by providing ongoing training, performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective action when needed
• Conducts regular business reviews, including P&L analysis, strategy meetings, and execution of key initiatives
• Champions a guest-first culture by modeling high service standards and fostering a positive, results-driven team environment

Compensation and Benefits

Requirements

• Minimum of at least 3+ years of current experience as a Restaurant District Manager
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to travel to multiple location
• Strong work ethic and sense of accountability
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
