The Role: Lead Line Manager

We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Line Manager to oversee our kitchen operations and inspire our talented team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional food quality, maintaining a positive work environment, and delivering the outstanding service our guests love.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Train, mentor, and motivate line cooks to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Manage inventory, prep schedules, and kitchen cleanliness
• Collaborate with management to refine menus and elevate the guest experience

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of kitchen leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant
• Passion for Middle Eastern cuisine and culinary excellence
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
