Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, customer service-focused Director of Restaurant Operations to oversee all aspects of our innovative downtown. The ideal candidate will excel in leading teams, enhancing guest satisfaction, and implementing operational excellence. This role is pivotal in delivering top-tier experiences to our patrons and fostering a positive, results-driven culture for our employees.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, VIP services, and event spaces.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performance team, prioritizing employee engagement and development.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered, creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Maximize operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team led by our award-winning chef to maintain menu excellence.
  • Manage budgets, control expenses, and drive revenue growth while maintaining quality standards.
  • Partner with marketing teams to promote events, concerts, and VIP offerings.
  • Uphold health and safety standards throughout the venue.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Director of Restaurant Operations or similar leadership role in upscale dining, hospitality, or entertainment.
  • Strong background in customer service, with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams while fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of high-end food and beverage services, including VIP amenities.
  • Experience with event management and large-scale operations is a plus.
