Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Director of Housekeeping in Bentonville, Arkansas. The ideal Director of Housekeeping should have Upscale/Luxury/Boutique experience and is a highly skilled leader with deep expertise in luxury standards, operational efficiency, team development, and budget management, all while ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional service quality.

Responsibilities
- Build and mentor a high-performing housekeeping team by attracting, training, and motivating staff who deliver exceptional cleanliness and provide thoughtful, consistent service in all rooms and public areas.
- Develop clear processes and quality benchmarks that drive outstanding results and efficient operations.
- Implement smart inventory management and scheduling systems for efficient and sustainable operations.
- Partner with other departments to ensure a smooth hotel launch and provide effortless guest stays.
- Create a supportive and accountable team environment built on mutual respect, care, and responsibility.

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in luxury or boutique hospitality; upscale Marriott, Hilton, or Hyatt properties a plus
- Extensive expertise in luxury housekeeping standards, detailed quality assurance practices, and advanced cleaning procedures
- Outstanding communication and people skills with a talent for inspiring and leading diverse teams; Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Skilled in time management, task delegation, and performing under pressure in dynamic settings
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and controlling departmental expenses
- In-depth knowledge of safety procedures, chemical usage, and compliance with regulatory standards
