Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and exceptional customer satisfaction. The General Manager will lead, train, and motivate a team of employees to maintain high performance and strict compliance to company standards. You will manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and set operational goals to drive profitability. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations will be a key responsibility. Additionally, the General Manager will develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and foster loyalty. Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams, you will ensure menu quality and innovation remain top-notch. Furthermore, the General Manager will act as the primary point of contact for private dining and special events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
