Through hands-on experiences in hospitality, event services, and farm-based training, we provide practical, real-world skills in a real business environment for those young adults who are eager to learn and the family commits to support their journey.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced training professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. The Senior Training Partner role blends hands-on management, training design, and collaboration, making it ideal for someone eager to create lasting change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-On Immersion: Start by managing operations within a working environment to gain insight into existing methods and processes.
  • Training System Design: Develop scalable training frameworks, including step-by-step guides, SOPs, and video-based content, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Tailored Learning Paths: Create training programs that accommodate a diverse range of learning needs, particularly for young adults with neurodiversity or other special needs.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to expand training initiatives across the organization.
  • Digital Product Support: Contribute to a developing digital training platform by providing content, feedback, and user insights.

What We're Looking For

  • 7–10+ years of experience in service-industry training (e.g., hospitality, food service, guest services).
  • Proven success in designing and implementing effective training programs.
  • A passion for inclusive employment and helping individuals succeed in the workplace.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends with compensatory time off and travel domestically or internationally as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, accountability, patience, and perseverance.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools, digital communication platforms, and AI-powered tools.
  • Expertise in creating visually guided, step-by-step digital training manuals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to tackle challenges and adapt to ambiguity.
  • Commitment to a trial period of three months to confirm mutual alignment.

What We Offer

  • A meaningful role combining impact, training, and innovation.
  • Opportunities to design new systems and influence the future of inclusive employment.
  • A supportive, creative, and mission-driven work environment.
  • Clear career growth paths, with potential for leadership or partnership opportunities.
  • An additional month’s salary after completing one full year of successful service as a gesture of appreciation.

Take on a position that allows you to shape a brighter future for individuals of diverse abilities through innovative and impactful training programs.
