Job Overview

As Service Manager, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of front-of-house staff. You will work closely with other leadership team members to foster a positive work environment and ensure our restaurant maintains its reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for all guests.
• Lead and develop front-of-house staff through training, performance management, and ongoing support.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate schedules and staffing needs to maintain optimal efficiency.
• Monitor dining area cleanliness and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow between the front and back of house.
