As our Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a vital role in crafting unforgettable moments for our

guests while setting the gold standard for service at a regenerative farm dedicated to education, events, and

farm-to-table excellence.

We’re looking for an ambitious, service-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is

eager to grow alongside our company. You’ll lead our front-of-house team, shape our service culture.


Key responsibilities:

• Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences – Ensure every guest interaction is warm, welcoming, and

seamless from arrival to departure.

• Set Service Standards – Develop and implement best-in-class hospitality practices that align with our

mission and set us apart in the industry.

• Lead & Inspire the Team – Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of

excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Event & Service Coordination – Work closely with the Director of Hospitality, Event Managers, and

culinary team to execute high-quality events, from intimate farm-to-table dinners to large-scale

retreats.

• Operational Excellence – Oversee scheduling, front-of-house inventory, POS systems, and financial

performance, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

• Problem-Solve & Innovate – Proactively handle guest feedback, troubleshoot challenges, and

continuously seek ways to elevate our service model.

• Curate Atmosphere & Aesthetic – Help shape the ambiance of our guest-facing spaces to reflect the

beauty and warmth.

• Manage Beverage & Bar Program – Source, purchase, and oversee inventory for our beverage

service, ensuring a curated selection that enhances the guest experience.

Who you are:

• A passionate hospitality leader with 3+ years of front-of-house and hotel management experience,

ideally in an event-driven or farm-to-table setting.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• 3+ hotel management experience

• 3+ years of front-of-house and beverage management experience.

• Strong leadership, training, and team management skills.

• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and event coordination.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• ServSafe certification preferred.

• Familiarity with event management software (TripleSeat, Cloudbeds) is a plus.
