Key Responsibilities

As the Restaurant General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our operations, leading with energy and expertise. Your duties will include:

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless and efficient service for every guest.
• Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team of dedicated staff members.
• Partnering with the executive team to craft and execute strategies that boost business growth and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Upholding exceptional standards for food quality, presentation, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize profitability and efficiency.
• Cultivating a positive, inclusive work culture through ongoing coaching, feedback, and team motivation.
• Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to build lasting loyalty.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
