As a Sous Chef with our team, you'll play a key role in leading our kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dishes made from scratch. About the Role:

As a Sous Chef - New Hope, PA, you'll assist our Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, menu planning, and food preparation. We're looking for someone with extensive scratch cooking experience, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. You'll be responsible for:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to our high standards
• Managing and training kitchen staff
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Assisting with menu planning and inventory management
