As Executive Kitchen Manager, you'll maintain consistent execution of all back-of-house systems while ensuring profitability through quality training, coaching, and follow-through. You'll be empowered to lead with excellence—this is your kitchen to master.

What You'll Do

• Maintain consistent execution of all back-of-house systems and operational standards
• Ensure profitability through quality training, coaching, and strategic follow-through
• Oversee Expo, Smokehouse, prep, and line quality standards with precision
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations to drive excellence
• Coordinate seamlessly between kitchen and dining room operations for optimal guest experiences
• Lead and develop culinary team members through hands-on coaching and mentorship
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control initiatives

What You Bring

• 1+ years of management experience in a leadership role
• 1+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
• 1+ years of back-of-house operations experience
• 1+ years of scratch kitchen cooking experience with fresh, homemade preparations
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and budgeting principles
• Chef experience preferred
• Passion for hand-crafted food and commitment to quality excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, engaging work environment
