Position: Restaurant Manager who can manage both Front and Back of House.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including financial performance, staffing, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Manage P&L, inventory, and cost controls to optimize efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to uphold brand standards and foster a positive work culture.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Schedule and coordinate staff to ensure proper coverage and smooth operations.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements for continued success.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products and maintain inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience (fast casual or full-service preferred).
• Proven ability to manage P&L and budgetary responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Hands-on management style with a focus on guest satisfaction and team development.
