Location: Olympia | Pay: $19–$21/hr

Join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager! You'll support the Restaurant Manager in leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive work environment.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure guest satisfaction, maintain safety and quality standards, and execute brand systems.
• Profitability: Control costs, implement marketing promotions, and drive sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
• Strong communication, math, and computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
