Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant in Fort Lee, NJ. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can drive sales, inspire the team, and ensure a superior guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all restaurant operations, including staff management, food quality, service standards, and inventory control.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop restaurant staff to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Manage budgets, monitor P&L statements, and control labor and operating costs to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Implement operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Analyze performance metrics and execute action plans to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor, leading by example and promoting a positive team culture.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual, quick-service, or high-volume dining environments.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
