Title of Position – Restaurant Manager
Job Description: A Professional Restaurant Manager is eager to learn and is the right-hand person to the General Manager, assisting in the overall operations of the restaurant. This person will be responsible for several aspects of managing the work for our store and upholding the high standards of the company and its reputation. The Restaurant Manager will ensure the restaurant operates in a way that helps deliver outstanding customer service and maximizes financial return. The Restaurant Manager will also ensure the well-being of the store and its employees through effective Management of safety and risk, including prevention, escalation, response and work closely with staff, General Manager and the rest of the Management Team.

Requirements:
- Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager or above in the Restaurant Industry, overseeing daily operations and team performance.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Ability to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Financial Understanding: Experience with budgeting, inventory tracking, and financial reporting to support the General Manager in achieving operational goals.
- Team-Oriented Leadership: Skilled in hiring, training, and motivating staff to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
