Director of Administration – Fast Casual Franchise Group
Position Overview
A rapidly expanding fast casual restaurant franchise group with over 30 restaurants across multiple states is seeking a highly skilled Director of Administration to join its leadership team. This role is critical to building and optimizing the administrative foundation that supports operations, growth, and long-term success. The Director of Administration will oversee daily administrative functions, streamline processes, and ensure compliance while supporting company leadership and franchise operations.
Compensation & Work Arrangements
- Salary range: $95,000 – $105,000
- Benefits package included
- Work setting: In-office strongly preferred; hybrid or remote arrangements may be considered with travel to the corporate office as needed
- Potential relocation to Georgia within 1–2 years may be discussed as the company expands operations
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including HR processes, payroll coordination, facilities, and office management
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and systems that improve efficiency and scalability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable local, state, and federal regulations
- Support department heads and franchise operations with administrative needs and resource allocation
- Manage vendor negotiations, contract administration, and service agreements
- Partner with HR to assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training logistics
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of KPIs, administrative metrics, and strategic projects to senior leadership
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead initiatives that enhance organizational performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in administration, operations, or office management; franchise, hospitality, or restaurant industry background strongly preferred
- Experience supporting multi-state restaurant operations and understanding of HR and employment law compliance across different states is a plus
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other business software tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities

- Stage 1: Director of Administration (Current Role) – Build strong systems, ensure compliance, optimize vendor relationships, and streamline daily operations.
- Stage 2: Expanded Leadership (1–2 Years) – Lead cross-functional projects, manage budgets, and build a scalable admin team.
