We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our operations, remotely based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As a key player in a fast-paced, high-growth organization managing over 700 employees, you’ll shape the way we recruit, retain, train, and engage our workforce while developing scalable HR systems to support multi-unit operations.


Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience as a senior HR leader in a fast-paced environment, ideally in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), hospitality, or retail industries.
  • Certifications: SPHR/PHR is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance, multi-state employment laws, and HR best practices.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, retention strategies, training development, and employee engagement programs.
  • Excellent project management and strategic thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple locations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative leadership style.
  • Ability to embrace and drive cultural initiatives to strengthen team cohesion and alignment.


Job Responsibilities:

As the Director of Human Resources based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, you will:

  • Lead the creation and execution of retention and engagement programs, including training and leadership development, to reduce frontline turnover.
  • Oversee multi-state compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Design and execute initiatives to enhance company culture and align it with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Operations and senior leadership to synchronize employee strategies with aggressive growth plans.
  • Build and optimize people-centric HR systems that foster scalability and operational effectiveness.
  • Drive talent acquisition and onboarding efforts across the organization, alongside benefit management and performance evaluation.
  • Administer workplace conflict resolution processes and maintain comprehensive HR documentation for compliance and reporting.
