District Manager to join our team. We are an elevated fast-casual dining establishment, focused on providing high-quality food with top-notch service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations, be able to multitask effectively, and have a passion for recruiting, developing, and nurturing teams.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring consistency and quality across all locations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and increase EBITDA.
- Analyze P&L statements and make informed decisions to optimize financial performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain and enhance our menu offerings.
- Plan and oversee new restaurant openings, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Implement and maintain systems and procedures to streamline operations.
- Manage the use of Toast and Restaurant 365, optimizing their capabilities for our needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant operations, preferably in fast-casual or casual dining environments.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and nurturing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in analyzing P&L statements and driving financial performance.
- Experience with Toast and Restaurant 365 software platforms is a plus.
- Culinary expertise is a strong asset.
- Strong multitasking and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on creating efficient systems and procedures.
- Experience opening new restaurants is essential.
- Fluent Spanish speaker is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel and be hands-on in various locations, as needed.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to sit for extended periods at a desk or in meetings with prolonged and repetitive use of a computer. Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting neck and waist, reaching above and below shoulders, squatting, using hands, reaching, or grasping with hands and arms. Must be able to verbally communicate for extended periods.
Working Environment:
Must be able to work within an office, restaurant, and outside environment. Must have a flexible schedule including weekends.
Benefits:
- Annual Salary: $90,000 - $115,000, based on experience.
