We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team at a busy, full-service restaurant in New York City. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Support daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the floor, engaging with guests and ensuring all service standards are met.
  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, and inventory control to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain consistency in food and beverage quality.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner.
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with city and state regulations.
  • Support management with hiring, onboarding, and performance development of team members.
  • Help drive sales and manage costs to achieve profitability goals.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, upscale casual or fine dining environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant financials, scheduling, and operational systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and guest relations skills.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
