Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring strict adherence to corporate brand standards
- Drive service excellence and maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards
- Execute corporate initiatives, promotions, and operational rollouts effectively
Financial Management
- Own full P&L responsibility including labor management, cost controls, and revenue growth
- Analyze financial reports and implement action plans to improve profitability
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to meet cost targets
- Achieve and exceed sales and performance benchmarks
Team Development
- Recruit, hire, and develop managers and hourly team members
- Build a strong leadership bench through training and succession planning
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide structured coaching
- Create schedules aligned with business levels and labor budgets
Guest Experience
- Champion a culture of hospitality and accountability
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service execution, and overall cleanliness
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of General Manager experience in a corporate, full-service restaurant environment
- Proven success managing high-volume operations
- Strong understanding of P&L management, labor forecasting, and cost controls
- Experience working within structured corporate systems and SOPs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
